Chef Jeff Turner
Chef Jeff Turner is owner of In The Neighborhood Deli and ITN Signature Catering.
He has been in the food industry for over 22 years. He attended Elgin Community College and majored in hospitality management and culinary arts.
Chef Jeff has worked as a corporate executive chef for a catering company in Lombard and was directly responsible for feeding over 80,000 people over 5 days at the Western Open at Cog Hill. He also also worked as the Chef for Ron Santo’s Restaurant in Park Ridge as well as Houlihan’s and was a bar manager at Big Bowl Chinese and Thai.
Jeff’s goal is to build In The Neighborhood Deli & Cafe into a multi-unit operation and continue to build ITN Signature Catering as well.

Jeff Myers
For the past 20 years, Jeff has been the voice and face of Elgin. 
On radio, he has done both Elgin High School football and basketball play-by-play. From 1993 to 2003, Jeff anchored the show “Elgin Week in Review” on Elgin cable TV.
From 2005-present, Jeff has been hosting the TV show “Elgin Today” as well as the monthly show “Elgin Up Close”. Jeff is a graduate of College of DuPage and Western Illinois University.
